Our programs
SELF-DEFENCE SESSIONS
Our self-defence sessions teach practical techniques while integrating mental resilience and emotional well-being. Participants not only learn how to protect themselves physically, but they also build confidence, improve emotional regulation, and develop tools for handling challenging situations. Each session includes discussions around consent, boundaries, and safety. Our programs are flexible and can be tailored to women-only, co-ed, or community groups.

Empowered Youth Program
The Empowered Youth program is designed to engage disengaged young people and help them reconnect with themselves and others through movement. By focusing on emotional regulation, connection, and providing a safe space, this program helps students transform their behaviours and develop healthier ways of engaging with the world. Mentorship is a key part of this program, where we work directly with the students to provide motivational role models, offering support and guidance.
